Anju Parvathy
Financial Controller
Anju joined Canmoor as a Financial Controller and looks after the group's accounting function. Anju has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance in various industries.
Cienna Maddocks
Office Executive
Cienna joined Canmoor in April 2024 with a wealth of experience in Personal Assistance, Human Resources and Office Management. Focusing on maintaining smooth operations within the office, Cienna is responsible for supporting all staff by managing schedules, meetings, events and all administrative tasks.
David Blomfield
Non - Executive Director
David qualified as a solicitor 28 years ago and set up his own law firm, Draper Lang LLP, in 2012. He is a non-executive director and trustee of our Employee Ownership Trust.
Dee Males
Telemarketing Representative
Dee is the Telemarketing Representative for Canmoor, liaising with businesses nationally to generate interest and viewings in buildings and design and build projects which are available in the company's portfolio.
Fergus Haig
Asset Manager
Fergus joined Canmoor in April 2024 and is part of the asset management team focusing on the industrial / logistics, life science and office sectors. Prior to joining Canmoor, he spent over 2 years with Campbell Gordon in Reading focusing on the office and industrial sectors. He holds a BA (hons) from Durham University and is undertaking an Msc in Real Estate at Northumbria University.
Greg Dolan
Project Director
Greg is a project director with over 25 years' experience in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors with specialist renewable, sustainability and building services engineering skills.
Gregor King
Director
Gregor joined Canmoor with over thirty years’ experience working for a number of UK property investment and development companies both in Scotland and London. He is based at Westway Park and will assist with the asset management of the Scottish portfolio as well as helping to source new opportunities.
Gregor has a degree in Land Economics and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1988.
Jules Benkert
Director
Jules founded the Canmoor Group in 2005. He is responsible for Group Strategy as well as collaborating with key partners with a particular focus on development and key asset management initiatives. Jules is focused on development as well as key asset management initiatives. A chartered surveyor for 30 years, Jules has worked with leading UK Institutions, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Private Equity partners to deliver outperformance and Award-winning property solutions.
Marcus Franklin
Director
Marcus is a Chartered Surveyor with over 10 years’ experience having previously worked for Deloitte, CLS Holdings and a private investment office. He runs the Investment Management team at Canmoor with responsibility for investment underwriting, management of third-party debt and financial reporting to our Partners.
Mike Green
Head of Asset Management
Mike has overall responsibility for Asset and Investment Management. Mike has strong relationships with many key occupiers and advisors and collaborates closely with our Partners to create and implement stretching business plans which deliver superior investment returns, alongside high-quality reporting and detailed ESG strategies. Mike has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 25 years, having held senior roles at JLL, Morley Fund Management and Aviva Investors, Mike is MRICS qualified.
Nick Howe
Director
Nick joined Canmoor in July 2013 and has over 15 years’ experience in the warehouse / logistics, life science and office sectors. Nick specialises in sales and acquisitions, investment strategy and asset management. Nick holds an MSc in Real Estate Finance from Reading University and is MRICS qualified.
Ony Nwimo
Chartered Building Surveyor
Ony is a Chartered Building Surveyor who has worked in a number of sectors including commercial, retail, leisure, defence, education and residential. As a results driven individual, he achieved a first class honours degree in Building Surveying.
Rich Moore
Director
Rich joined Canmoor with 10 years of experience in the industrial and logisitcs sector. Rich previously held asset management and portfolio management roles at Aviva Investors, EQT Exeter and CBREIM and he handles Asset Management at Canmoor across all mandates.
Richard Booth
Director
Richard is an MRICS qualified Cost and Project Manager with over 25 years experience in the industry having worked with leading consultancies including Jacobs and JLL. Richard has a proven track record of successfully delivering new build and refurbishment developments for our clients.
Rob Large
Director
Rob has over 20 years’ experience in Industrial & Warehousing Asset Management and Development having graduated from the University of Reading in 1999 with a 2.1 in Land Management and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2001. Prior to joining Canmoor in 2008, Rob spent seven years with FTSE 100 listed investor and developer SEGRO.
Russell Peters
Director
Russell Peters MRICS joined Canmoor Projects having been a Director of Tweeds for the previous 20 years. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 25 years experience in Construction and Development.
Sam Walker
Director
Sam joined Canmoor in 2016 from Brockton Capital and focuses on Development & Asset Management, predominantly in the Offices and Life Science sectors. Sam has almost 30 years’ experience having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1996 at Richard Ellis.
Sean Byrne
Asset Manager
Sean is an asset manager with over 25 years’ experience having previously worked at LaSalle IM and the Co-op. Sean’s primary role is to ensure that Canmoor’s business plans are implemented across all client portfolios. Sean also works closely with in house investment and asset management teams to support their sustainability requirements. Sean joined Canmoor in 2023 and is MRICS qualified.
Tim Haden-Scott
Consultant
Tim joined Canmoor as a consultant in 2022 after 22 years at Delancey as Investment Director. There, Tim was responsible for a number of asset classes including Retail, Logistics and Thames Valley offices, completing over 200 transactions in total throughout his career. Amongst his other positions in the property industry, Tim is currently a Non-Executive Director of the Metrocentre in Gateshead.
Tom Hughes
Director
Tom Hughes is a qualified chartered surveyor with over 18 years’ experience in the Industrial sector, having previously worked as an industrial agent at Strutt & Parker. Tom is focused on the development of industrial / warehouse schemes throughout the UK. Tom has an MSc from Birmingham University and an MA in Real Estate from Kingston University.
Tom Hawthorn
Director
Tom Hawthorn FRICS is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 25 years' experience in the Construction and Project Management sector. Tom has worked with and advised leading property companies and institutions on all aspects of building and procurement.
Tom Maltby
Director
Tom has over 16 years’ experience in Logistics and multi-let Industrial Asset Management and Development, having graduated from the University of the West of England in 2008 and qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer in 2010. Prior to joining Canmoor, Tom spent 6 years with King Sturge LLP & JLL.
Tom White
Director
Tom is a Director of Canmoor and is Head of Acquisitions. Since joining Canmoor in 2007, Tom has been involved in more than £3.5 billion of investments across the Warehouse, Logistics, Office and Life Science sectors. Tom works closely with our key joint venture Partners to ensure consistent delivery of investment goals and has a proven record of Investment outperformance.
